      Well my son went in to the mall last night and bought some face stuff for ***** and have to a relative to use and that person had a allergic reaction to it not good at all .I took my son back in to the mall today and he has original receipt and original package and was denied a refund ************ states a no refund Policy when u question them about it but I have a picture of there little business and now where does it state a return policy for anyone to see I have picture proof .Anyways I tell the lady how can u sell a product that does that to peoples skin and not give people a refund when there webpage clearly states 100 customer satisfaction .When lady tries to offer me a store credit why would I want a store credit for something that is harmful to someones skin like really !So anyways after yelling at me unprofessionally after I questioned her about her products and wanted a refund she tells me I cant have her owners number .Ive called the 800 number on web page goes to a voice message thats it I sent a email no response .The leasing agent of the mall comes over and asks what the problem is then the lady says shes trying to help me and even tells me shes going to help me but yet no plan on whos shes going to help me .It clearly states on there web page to go back to the original store if your not ************************************************************************************************* a refund right now but chooses not to .After doing research after I get home I realize its a big scam they are ripping people off selling them crappy product overpriced mall scam I mean hundreds of complaints no customer service u can reach and nobody in charge !It is a joke and they should be sued! Theres no signs posting anywhere that says no refunds its a scam they pull them she says I save su 300 dollars I said u know whats going on here you dont care about people ridiculous!
