    7/25/22 we sent $1222, to said company and owner *********************, for clothing we were to use for our wedding. We initially reached out, to have her sew our clothing in August of 2021. We were asked to put a deposit in 2021 of $972.40 to initiate the services. We went almost an entire year of reaching out and no response. We then receive contact in June of the designs by then she had already made the items, we didnt have the chance to disgust what the material would look like. We never saw a layout of ideas before production and we ended up seeing it only when it was done. The designs werent what we had originally discussed and we asked for a partial refund or if she could fix some of it. She said all sales are final, which was never stated when we reached out and she never wanted to fix. The bridesmaids dresses werent what was discussed, the material was thick and the design was not at all what we spoke about. The groomsmen shirts were made incorrectly and some of the print on the shirts are smudged on the shirt. The wedding dress was made very cheaply, and not of similar design that was discussed. We ended up losing out on over $2000 and she refused to hear any feedback, and refused to help a customer who paid. She also was only going to send the product if we paid her. After we reached out and gave feedback about the items we purchased, ****** was not willing to help or hear us out as customers. The owner of the company had her husband ************** call me directly and threatened me about the feedback we as customers gave to ******. The way this situation was handled was very unprofessional. We had hoped that ****** would at least help us resolve some of the issues we had discussed with her, but time and time again we keep getting shut down and ignored. Sadly, we had to fine other alternatives, we had to again spend additional money for our wedding team. All we wanted was better communication and a want to heard as paying customers.
