    They did not follow ************ law regarding repossessions of vehicles when they took my car. Ill admit- I missed a payment due to my identity getting stolen and having to close/reopen all my accounts/cards- again my fault, but there are laws they should still follow. They arrived in the middle of the night without notice (allowed by HI law), did not present their license or identification (required by law), did not provide me a copy of the documents needed to reclaim my vehicle (required by law), and did not make an appointment for me to retrieve my vehicle once paid for (also required by law). Instead, I spent over 3 hours waiting in the sun for them to finally return my phone call and tell me my payment had been processed. They are most likely a small husband/wife LLC with an address out of *********, but they operate/store the vehicles they take in the old demilitarized Laulaulei Waikele branch ammo site. You are required to wait by the tree in the parking lot for a woman to pick you up in a lifted white ****** 4Runner and drive you down a long winding road to an abandoned military facility to retrieve your vehicle- which made me feel totally unsafe. Overall- if you have to interact with this business you're already having a bad day, but just be warned, they are not a very professional outfit and you will have to jump through several hoops to retrieve your vehicle.
