    I've contacted Ben/Hawaii Hydrastone many, many, times to come to repair my countertops which started cracking and discoloring within 6 months of installation. Hawaii Hydrastone is a HORRIBLE Product and workmanship.... My corners started cracking within 6 months. I paid $4000 and the product hasn't lasted a year. I reached out to *** in December to please come fix the corners, he said he would be in my area next week then ghosted me. I reached out again in Jan 2025 and after several texts with no reply, he tried to blame the horrible workmanship on giving me a lower price, so he cut corners. I was NEVER given a lower price and paid for a full demo, so if corners were cut it's on him. Regardless, the product and workmanship needs to last longer than 6-8 months for $4k. I paid for a professional job and product, which is what you are "selling" on your website and social media platforms. Below is ANOTHER text/email I sent ***/Hydrastone with NO REPLY. I will be persuing legal action at this point if he doesn't come fix my cracking or at least refund my money. "Ive been trying to get you back to my place to fix the now 4 cracks in the island corners and visible lines around the edges for over a month, going on 2 months. The countertop is also yellowing. The week before Christmas you said youd be over the following week to repair everything but you never showed, texted or called. Its been almost 2 months now. You just installed the counters end of March 2024 and I paid you $3611.38.Your product and workmanship should last longer than 8 months for $4k. If you are not willing to stand by your workmanship and product, then please refund my money. Your behavior is unprofessional and you need to stand by your workmanship and product. This is a small island and your reputation is everything. In addition to pictures before, during, and after the installation, the yellowing, cracking, lines, dents, drips, deep scratches, I have records of all texts and emails"
