    *******************, owner of Valley Isle ********************************************** worked with us over several months in 2021 to design a custom driveway and man gate on our property. ***** phoned us often as we worked through the decision process to ask us for our business. The quote for our gates is attached. We provided a check for $8,500 on November 24, 2021 as a down payment on the gates.We have been in contact with ***** only because of our efforts to get the gates completed and installed. He no longer initiates contact with us regarding our order and no longer responds to text messages, answers his phone or returns messages. It has been two months (September 8, 2022) since we saw or talked with *****. In mid September we pleaded with ***** to finish our gates and he gave a verbal promise to complete them by 10/31/22.We would like our $8,500 returned to us since ***** does not seem interested in or willing to complete our job. He repeatedly spoke about other jobs he took and completed, all while we are left waiting for our order to be completed, or at this point, a response to a text message or phone call.
