      My partner and I got married at Loulu palm a few weeks ago and we are so incredibly grateful for ****** and everything she did to make our wedding day run smoothly. From the very beginning, she was professional, calm, and reassuring, and she truly stepped up in every way possibleespecially when it came to all the last-minute ********** matter what unexpected issue came up, ****** handled it with ***** and confidence. She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, managed the wedding equipment arrangements, and made sure every detail was accounted for. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.Ashleys dedication, communication, and ability to stay composed under pressure truly made a difference. We couldnt have asked for a better lead coordinator. Thank you, ******, ****** and staff for helping us bring everything together and for being such a calm and reliable presence during such an important moment in our lives.With gratitude,********* & KC

      We had the perfect wedding at Loulu *********** December 21, 2024! This was a destination wedding for us, and I wish we could go back and relive this day forever. The venue is beautiful, and ****** was great with communication and so helpful with discussing the venue and equipment rentals, which had everything we needed for the best esthetics! To our amazing coordinator ******, we just would like to thank her for all her hard work and making our day so smooth. She also was there for me throughout the whole wedding planning and we bonded for sure, and she would reassure me that everything was going to work out and of course it did. We love her bubbly/fun personality, positive vibe, hard work and dedication on making our wedding perfect. So we are blessed to have met these amazing people and a special spot in ****** that we now have so many incredible memories at. We still have our guest raving about our wedding, and telling us it was the best wedding they have been too! I would highly recommend this wedding venue and team to anyone looking to have a beautiful and fun wedding experience.

      I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Loulu Palms along with ****** and ******. We had our wedding here 9/19/24 and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From the very beginning (I booked them in September of 2023) they were extremely prompt with responses and any questions I had they were so helpful with answering. ****** was wonderful throughout the entire process. The venue/ grounds speak for itself because come on you can see how incredibly gorgeous it already is but yet somehow they found a way to make it even more stunning and made my wedding vision come to life. They have everything you need to rent and could want, and if they don't they can easily direct you to where you can. They made everything from rehearsal, to set up, to day of so incredibly easy and smooth. I 10/10 recommend them and would get married here all over again if I could. Now onto ******. I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT HAVE made it through my wedding week/ day without her. From our first conversation on the phone while I was deciding which day of coordinator to go, we clicked immediately. Whenever I reached out with a mini crisis or question through out the entire process she was so quick to respond and was so incredibly helpful no matter what it was about. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single second of our wedding because I knew she was there handling everything. She understood my vision and executed it PERFECTLY. You can tell some people are made to be in this industry and she with her beautiful soul is absolutely one of them. She's such a gem of a human. I promise you, you will NOT regret going with Nickie, Ashely, and the entire Ohana at Loulu Palm. We cannot wait to go back and visit.

      We had our wedding at Loulu Palm on June 14, 2024. We booked our venue before we got to see it in person, and it was even more beautiful than we thought it would be! The greenery, the ocean, and the privacy was just perfect for our special day. The backdrop of all of our photos and videos was just perfect. The size of the venue is perfect because it is big enough to have the grand, beautiful vibe, while still feeling so intimate. ****** and ****** were both so helpful and welcoming. We really felt so special on our wedding day.You absolutely have to book ****** as your coordinator! She is AMAZING! My wedding day was PERFECT and I was able to have so much fun and enjoy it thanks to ******. I did not have to worry for one second because she had everything handled. She is truly a master of her craft. She loves what she does and it is so evident with the amount of work and care she pours into couples. I dont know how anyone gets married without her! As soon as she stepped in for coordination, I had my full trust in her. She is organized, prompt, and just fun to talk to. I will keep in touch with ****** and ****** because we cant wait to visit Loulu Palm again for an anniversary trip!

      My wife and I held our wedding at Loulu ********** in April 2024, and it was an amazing experience. ******, ******, and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. ****** was extremely communicative in the months leading up to the wedding, whether it was by email, text, or phone call. At no point did we feel lost in the process or unsure of the next step. On the day of the wedding, the entire team was hardworking and supportive, yet remained calm and professional despite the expected chaos of a typical wedding day. When one of our vendors did not show up on time, ****** immediately jumped into action and connected with them via phone to make sure the matter got resolved. Thanks to the Loulu Palm team, my wife and I got to experience a perfect wedding at one of the most beautiful locations on the island. Highly recommended if you are looking for a venue and wedding planning team!
