    I am moving to another apartment and need a professional cleaner to do a move out clean. I went online and found Native Solutions website and ****** web page. I called the number and spoke to Will on 4/29/2024. We discussed a move out clean and price which was $525.00. On 4/30/2024 Will and female partner arrive to my place to clean at 1130. My boyfriend Hoona Utu and I stressed that the oven, dishwasher and bathtub needed to be cleaned. The inspection for my place was at 6pm and Will finished cleaning at 545pm. I was not happy with the cleaning. Will was paid at 545pm with my credit card. **** threw his dirty rags (overloaded the washer) in my washer and left it there. The washer was so unbalanced we had to pull out the rags soak and wet and toss them in the dumpster. So unprofessional. I failed the cleaning inspection. My inspector ****** called Will back to clean all the blinds, clean beside washer and dryer, vacuum the vents and clean the bathtub. **** sent **** one of his workers back to do the job 2 days later. **** and **** told ****** that the bathtub needed to be reglazed so again was not touched. Never vacuumed the vents nor did he clean beside the washer. **** cleaned only the blinds, broke some in the process. ****** called me to have them replace it which again, time and money. The owners are losing time because the place needs to be rented out in good, clean condition. The apartment manager **** allows me to go back in to clean the bathtub, vacuum the 2 vents and clean beside the washer and dryer. 19 days was lost due to Native Solutions to upholding their side of the business transaction. On top of everything I had to go in and clean. I have before and after pictures of the vents, bathtub and beside washer and dryer. The property manager **** also feels Native Solutions did a poor job. Her phone number is available if needed. I texted Will to ask for a partial refund and he never responded. I would now like a full refund.

    Im sad to see that this customer has decided to report with ******************** but all i will say is before we left the job we did a thorough walk through with customer and everything was fine. I offered partial refund but customer did not accept.
