Date of transaction is May 23, 2023.Total cost of service and supplies was $2162.35.Service to be done was a complete *************** package.Paint of truck was to be **** barred for decontamination, ************* paint correction, and *************** coating. Truck was dropped off Monday May 22, 2023. Finished and picked up on May 23,2023 When truck was picked up it looked like only some areas of paint was corrected before ceramic was applied. And since then has only been getting worse. Lots of spots and swirl marks are showing on paint of truck. I had free time on June 5, 2023 took it to ziebart for a coating inspection where ****** verified most areas saying this shouldn't be happening. I asked ****** how does the warranty cover this problem? He says it doesn't because I drove off the lot and he doesn't know what I did to my truck, and if I want a quality job that I can pay for an entire retreatment in the amount of $900, no refund. I asked for video proof that service on May 22, 2023 was done to satisfactory before I pay another *****. He said that's unreasonable and that he won't provide such proof. I asked for a refund twice now first on June 5, and again this morning June 13, because paying another $900 just isn't right, that'll be $3000 total. As of this morning June 13 went back to Ziebart and warranty still won't cover the cost of a retreatment but he's willing to cut the cost to about $450 for a quality job. He will not give a refund because he says he doesn't know what I did to my paint once I drove off they're property. ****** said I'm being a difficult customer. Really I'm just trying to get what I paid for which was a quality service *************** package and a 5year warranty. Within the past weeks I've had several other reputable companies one of which is **************** inspect my paint the owner FC of **************** says that ziebart did poor quality work and it shows, making me more frustrated. Poor/no customer service once I paid.
