      We were paying for our 15 yo son to do jujutsu at the ***************. He was going for several months and then he one day decided and refused to go. We did not understand why after one day trying to force him to go. He broke down and told us that he was being bullied at the gym. He told us that kids were holding him down and punching him in the back hall, sitting on him with their naked ****, Hiding his belongings and taking them from him., Among other complaints. I called ***** the manager at the gym to tell him about it. He told me he would look into it and talk to other workers there. No one saw anything because it was in the back hallway. He said he would refund the last two months that my son was refusing to go and that he would refund it as soon as possible. he directed me to the person who also told me she would refund it. I continue to call for many many weeks, leaving messages for them Because it was not being refunded. They would refuse to return my phone call. They have not refunded or called me back. I have a call log of probably 15 to 20 phone calls to them without a returned call. On the side of their building, they have a big mural of children and *** fighter that promotes their gym saying protect the keiki. This is not protecting the children and is not making this situation right. I want a refund for the last couple months. We were there and I want them to make this right. I shouldnt have to pay for my kid to go to a gym to get beat up. Especially when theyre trying to promote that theyre there to protect Children.

      This is in regards to *** gym in ****. The gym has overcharged my account, double billing, for the same service. I have made multiple attempts to correct the issue. Ive called, left voicemails, and spoke with the manager directly in person who said they would refund me for the error but never have. I was charged for a guest pass on 7/24/24 for ***** and then charged again on 7/27/24 for *****. The pass is supposed to be for the month and is only one not two. I was charged again on 8/1 for *****. I also notified them a month before that I will be cancelling these add ons, I even provided a signed letter to which the staff there said they lost it. I spoke to the manager directly and they still have not fixed the issue and trying to bill me for these passes after I have cancelled. Ive been trying to follow up with my cancellation without receiving any response.

      1. On January 25, 2024 I decided to join UFC Gym in ****, ******. I am to be locked in to paying $49/month. There is a processing fee and a requirement to pay the first and last months dues. This is for $127.49 as seen on contract 10063-0615. Everything good at this point.2. On February 23, 2024 reaches time to pay monthly dues, $49 plus tax, as seen on copy of bank page for total of $51.21. 3. On March 23, 2024, get charged my monthly fee $49, plus annual enhancement fee of $59 plus tax as seen on bank page for $112.87.4. Also on March 23, 2024 start seeing a second charge for membership plus monthly dues as seen on contract 10063-06514. This is the bogus second charge. I am one person, getting charged two memberships at this point.5. March24, 2024, get charged another monthly bill for bogus second contract for $61.66. I am now charged $252.16 for a second membership, again, Im only one person. 6. Quickly contacted UFC Gym in **** about this issue. ****** quickly recognized, that sometimes while filling out contract their computer system times out and start a new one, hence the consecutive numbers in contracts. She assured me that the duplicate contract was cancelled and put in for me to receive a refund for the $252.16 overcharged. She said it could take up to a month (rediculous). Its now been over 6 weeks and still no refund. I contacted the only email listed on corporate UFC Gym website and spelled it all out, telling them I would be contacting the BBB. Two weeks, not one reply!The second contract seems to be cancelled as I didnt get charged any extra in April.
