    We had a problem with our truck that only the dealership could fix. Not only did they not fix the problem the first time, the truck has gone back multiple times for the same problem. And every time we brought it back they have had to replace a part, and still the problem was not fixed. $11,000 worth of parts later, it's still not fixed. I have put my self in more debt trying to fix our truck. Now they want to replace another part. I don't have anymore money to give them. It seems that they don't know what they are doing. Now I have to trade the truck in for a newer vehicle and hope that the rebates will help with the negative equity as the dealership will not help me even when I paid $11,000 on repairs and my truck is still not fixed.
