    Very happy we went with them ***** was the first company that returned my call. He gave me a quote online so it was fast and easy. The date and time he gave was when the guy showed up. **** was really nice and answered all the questions I had before he started. The machines are a little loud but the roof is ************* than the last company we hired a few years ago. Happy with the price and the customer service

    Called was given a quote, House roof pressure washed, cutters cleaned 3 dog kennel , wooden canopy soft washed, driveway bleached.Scheduled an appointment The worker ( **** ) showed up . My water supply is catchment filter pump system. **** filled up an exterior tank, tank filled up fine . He proceeded up to the roof. After pressure washing the roof for about 30 minutes or more, I was in the house and I heard the pump keep trying to go on, didn't finish the cycle, well it did this every 5 minutes.15 times. First I called the ***************** and asked the owner why is it doing this, she said she didn't know, call ***** ( the install , repair guy) he didn't answer I texted. I called my son told him the situation , he said he didn't know. I went out and told **** the worker turn off the water, the pump is struggling. He called & spoke to his boss, my son called spoke to **** told him everything to check. The owner had **** put me on speaker phone, he kept insisting it was my filter ( go buy two new filters, we will deduct from the price, I kept telling him the filter was new changed in July last month. Mean time the pump is still doing this every 5 minutes ( it has now been over an hour ). The *********** over and checks everything . FINALLY I SAID " UNPLUG THE PUMP ". The boss is here checking everything takes my filter out ( he says he is concerned about his equipment) well what about my pump. Finally ***** calls says he will be here at 2:30 it is 1:45 I guess they were waiting for ***** to show up so they could finish the job. I explained ***** doesn't always show up on time and if they had another job to get GO. ***** shows up 2 minutes after they left. The CAPACITOR is FRIED . **** insists he turned the water OFF after filling their exterior tank, but if the pump kept trying that meant the water is still on. The bill to replace the CAPACITOR was $200.00. They came back to finish the job next day I asked for the $200.00 be deducted . No they said.JOB NOT FINIS
