    Hi, I booked this tour on September 11th, 2023 on this website, for September 30th, 2023 date: ******************************************************************************************************************************** Then I received the confirmation that it was operated by Big Island Hawaii Weddings. Waikiki adventures (who looks to be a reseller of this tour) told me to contact Big Island Hawaii Weddings. I contacted Big Island Hawaii Weddings through ******** messenger and finally got a reply that the minimum number of participants couldn't be met and that the refund of ****** USD would be processed on September 24th, 2023. I still haven't received the refund and Big Island Hawaii Weddings is not responsive over emails, phone calls or chats. The transaction for which I am expecting a refund was made on September 10th, 2023 where ****** USD (****** SGD) has been debited from my DBS account: Point-of-Sale Transaction BAT FH* BIG ISLAND HAWAII HT TP 09SEP ******************* ******.24 I disputed the charges with my bank (DBS) and reached out to FareHarbor, which is the company that processes the payment (Booking #*********) but ********** mentioned they are unable to process the refund as the decision lies within Big Island Hawaii Weddings who has been unresponsive.Can you please help to get the refund back ?
