    Order #****** CREAPRODUCTS IS A HIGHLY UNETHICAL COMPANY. I PLACED A ORDER FOR A HAIR SCISSOR KIT, ORDER NUMBER Order #******, WHEN THE CHEAP PAPER ENVLEOPE PACKAGE ARRIVED THEY SHIPPED IT IN IT WAS RIPPED AND THERE WAS NOTHING INSIDE, NO SCISSOR KIT. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY RESPOSED WITH A VERY RUDE CONDECENDING EMAIL TELLING ME THEY THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY PERSONALITY FOR COMPLAINING AND MAKING OUT TO BE LIKE I WAS SO WEIRD PERSON. LITTLE DO THEY KNOW I AM A HIGH LEVEL PROMINATE EXECUTIVE.THEY THEN REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR THE MISSING, ITEM DESPITE SENDING THEM PICTURES OF THE RIPPED ENVELOPE. THEY THEN INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME SAID THEY WOULD RE SHIP, I TOLD THEM NO DO NOT RESHIP. THEN AFTER THAT I HAVE RE RECIEPT AND THEY HAVE IGNORED MY PAST 9 EMAILS SENT TO THEM OUT OF SPITE. THEY OWE ME A FULL REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD AS I NEVER GOT THIS ORDER, AND HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY POORLY WITH SEVERE VERBAL STATEMENTS FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH CONSISTS OF 2 WOMEN

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to respond to this customers concerns regarding Order #******. At **********************, we value our customers and take all concerns seriously. We understand that receiving a package damaged or missing its contents can be upsetting, and we regret that this customer experienced this situation.
    To provide context, we are a small business that has proudly served millions of customers globally over the past 18 years. While rare, shipping issues can unfortunately occur from time to time, and when they do, we make every effort to address them promptly and professionally.

    Summary of Events:
    - The customer placed an order for a hair scissor kit through our website.
    - According to our records, the order was shipped promptly via **** in our standard protective packaging, which has successfully delivered thousands of similar kits without issue.
    - The customer contacted us claiming the package arrived ripped and empty. She attached photos of the damaged envelope.
    - In accordance with our policies, and despite the lack of the returned product which is typically required for refunds, we immediately offered a complimentary replacement shipment to resolve the issue swiftly.
    - The customer declined the replacement, demanded a refund, and began sending increasingly aggressive messages. Despite the escalating tone, we maintained professional communication and attempted to clarify the situation.
    - Unfortunately, the customers messages included personal attacks against our staff, unfounded allegations, and threats which made resolution difficult. The number of emails claimed by the customer does not match our records.
    - *********** policy, clearly stated on our website and agreed to at checkout, requires a product return for refunds. However, in good faith and to resolve this matter amicably, we have processed a full refund (excluding shipping fees of $5.95) of $85.59 as a courtesy. This was issued on 5.22.2025.

    Clarification on Allegations:
    We respectfully disagree with the customers characterization of our company as unethical and claims of deceptive practices. We are a company founded on the principles of customer service and integrity. Over nearly two decades in business, we have built a reputation for quality products and reliable customer support.
    The packaging used for this item is standard industry packaging, proven secure through hundreds of prior shipments of the same product. We recognize shipping damage can occur in rare instances, which is why we offered an immediate resolution.
    Any suggestions that our staff made inappropriate personal comments are unfounded. All communication records are professional and intended to assist in resolving the issue.

    Resolution:
    We have processed a full refund to the customers original method of payment (excluding shipping, as per policy). We wish the customer the best but kindly request no further business interactions moving forward.
    At CreaProducts, we remain committed to providing a positive experience for our valued customers and will continue to work diligently to maintain the high standards we are known for.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I would like them to email me the refund proof that it was processed back to my credit card.  
    and the company is not being honest.  It is quite the opposite.  After my very first email alerting them the package was empty they emailed me  verbally attacking me and insulting me asking me if Isomething was wrong with me and other comments which were beyond unprofessional.
