    DTRIC continues to delay indemnification of my paid policy coverages after my representative provided DTRIC and ********************* an **** report indicating that proper shingles for the repair of my roof are no longer available. I was advised by my representative that a full replacement is necessary.

    Delay in coverage. We have not received any update on the coverage decision for my property damages, and a refusal of DTRIC's adjuster report done to my home.
