    A year ago Tenneys said they would do my safety check. I wouldn't get my starter done at Tenneys this month, so he denied me a Safety Check today because I got my starter fixed through another mechanic. This auto repair shop does not keep their word.

    So what happened was she called me to ask if I could change her starter. My schedule was very full but I made time to fit her in and tried to accommodate her time and scheduling. I gave her a estimate that was less than I normally charge. Ordered the part in advance. At the last moment she canceled the appointment. I not upset that she went someplace else. She does it at the last moment. Thats fine that she went someplace else she should have done that from the beginning. As far as the safety inspection there are hundreds of places that she can get a safety inspection from. What is she going to do tell me she wants one and she will cancel at the last minute?

    I am rejecting this response because:
      The approval for the safety was already given. I was just waiting for a good time and day to bring the car in for the safety. My apologies for the misunderstanding and miscommunication. I did not realize a part was purchased, I thought ******** found a spare replacement. Thank you.
