    I had my car towed to Certified Transmission Differential on 26 August, 2024 to have the transmission of my 2004 ****** Highlander evaluated because it was slipping/jumping in between shifting gears. The owner of the business, *****, informed me I would need a transmission rebuild, as well as replace the processor of the car. Throughout the process, there was no open communication from *****. I had to constantly call the business's phone number and ask questions in order to get any information regarding the status of my car. After waiting over a month, ***** let me know he would charge me for the transmission rebuild, but not the new processor because it was taking so long to fix my car. On 26 October, 2024, I went to pick up my car and paid $3,664.92 for the services. Within 20 minutes of driving home, the car was having the same exact issue that I had brought it in for, so I turned around and brought it back. After a few days, I called and ***** told me the processor he had used to replace my original faulty processor was also faulty, and that he needed to get a third one to replace it. That was over two months ago, and my car is still not fixed. I am given no information regarding my car unless I call in, and I am given non-specfic answers as to why a new processor hasn't been installed in my car yet. I have been giving excuse and excuse as to why services cannot be rendered. On 30 December, 2024 I called and was told by ***** that he does not know if the replacement processor has even been shipped to his shop for install, and then he hung up on me. I have paid over $3500 and have waited over four months for my car to be fixed, and it has not been fixed. On top of this, I have been treated poorly by the business owner and have not been given satisfactory reasons as to why the job has not been completed. I want the job completed and my car to be fixed.
