  This business is fraudulent!! Scammers! They need to be shut down ASAP!!The salesman purposely misled me. He charged me more than others were charged. He also did not tell me or show me the receipt that states no refunds. I would never buy an expensive product without a refund. I I signed electronically and found the receipt in my bag after returning to my hotel and reading BBB reviews. I was told I would receive a free facial but was only put in a room to pressure me to purchase a hand held led device. The questionable Dr told me to perform the facial myself. Over ****** was the retail price. He decided to reduce the price when I said no. He insisted n even put it in my bag. I took it out and said no. I came home with the Stemtox eye cream and looked up BBB. That is when I learned about no refund and the amount others were charged. way less than I was charged. I went back to the shop three diff times and no one was ever there to return the item and demand a refund by confronting them with the facts I learned. We fly out early tomorrow to go back home. Id like help in receiving a full refund. The product in exactly as it was given to me. This business is fraudulent. Waikiki beach is where I bought this cream but they are in many different locations. I have not opened the box but wont be surprised if it is something totally different than what they used on me. Please help me get a refund.

  THEY SURE ARE SLICK AT THIS STORE, THEY PULL IN YOU IN EVERY DIRECTION GUIDING YOU TO EYE CREAM THAT I WAS SUCKERED INTO PAYING $400! BUT THEY ARE ALL VERY SMOOTH TALKING AND SEEM SINCERE. THEY TAKE YOU TO THIS BACK ROOM AND GET YOU TO TRY THIS BLUE LIGHT DEVICE PROMISING ANTI AGING WRINKLES AND ANY ARTHRITIC ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED WITH THIS MAGIC DEVICE. THEY WOO YOU AND ALL THE WHILE THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOUR $. I WAS PRESSURED INTO BUYING THIS DEVICE FOR $6400 DOLLARS THEY LITERALLY JUST TAKE YOU CARD AND MAKE YOU SIGN ON THE **** DEVICE. THEY NEVER DISCLOSE THAT THEIR MERCHANDISE IS NON REFUNDABLE ONLY EXCHANGES. THEY SAID THEY WILL SHIP THE DEVICE. MEANWHILE THE VERY NEXT DAY I DECIDED I WANTED TO RETURN IT AND THEN THATS WHEN THEY TOLD ME THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. MIND YOU I NEVER LOKKED AT THE RECEIPT IN THE *** UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE. NO SIGNS STATING THEY DO NOT RETURNS, NOTHING ON THE ****. I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND THEN ****(HAWAII BEAUTY) WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT THAT THEY WOULD DISCOUNT MY CARD ANOTHER $942 BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. OF COURSE I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING RETURNED TO MY CARD. ALSO I FINALLY PICKED UP MY PACKAGE AT THE **** AND THOUGHT IT WAS THE DEVICE I PAID FOR ONLY TO OPEN IT UP AND FIND A CREAM. NO DEVICE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING. I REOPENED MY CASE WITH AMEX AND SO IM OUT A LOT OF $ AND NO DEVICE. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JULY 14TH AND IT IS AUGUST 25TH TODAY. AFTER READING ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME STORY HOW ARE THEY CONTINUING TO GET AWAY WITH THIS???? I HAVE EMAILED HAWAII BEAUTY SINCE I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AND OF COURSE NO RESPONSE NOW WHATSOEVER FROM THEM BECAUSE I HAD TO SIGN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IN ORDER FOR THEM TO REFUND MY CARD THE $940 THAT I NEVER RECEIVED FROM THEM EITHER. THESE PEOPLE ARE STRAIGHT UP CRIMINALS!!!

  My experience being scammed by this company on ************* (international market area) unfortunately has colored my whole vacation experience in ******** and I doubt that I will ever return. I, too, got suckered into buying the eye cream. When I opened the package, the tube was the size of an index finger while the product they used was a full size lotion container. Not only that but the recommending doctor pictured on the back of the package is an orthopedic surgeon. Nice. I should have known better but they got me. I am writing this review in hopes that the Hawaii business community takes notice and shuts down this operation as it has no place in a tourist area that should be showcasing the best that Hawaii has to offer. Stay away from these scam artists!

  Can I give zero stars?!?! Two wordsSCAM ARTISTS!! Stay away! Far, far away! Luckily they only got me for a little over $300 but thats enough to make me feel like a total idiot for spending that much! Heres the kicker, the eye cream I bought feels nothing like the sample he used on me nor does it produce the same results that it did in the store on Front Street in Maui. These people are thieves and should be shut down asap!!!!!!!

  I too was scammed in ********, Waikiki Beach location. Supr hard sell, I know better and still allowed myself to be conned out of $418. Be aware of the bait and switch!

  I was scammed by over $7000, and now I must fight to try to get my money back. Please read the other reviews. This place needs to be shut down. I was asked to sign a "Authorization To Ship Products", and apparently contained within the fine print somewhere on the tablet was a non-refund clause. I never saw it, and I was never provided any paperwork. Upon store departure, I asked for a copy of paperwork and was only able to acquire a cash register receipt reprint which clearly states a 14 day return policy. I asked the co-owner for a copy of the documentation he claims he has, but he has refused to provide it to me, nor send me the promised products or services purchased. I was told they have a ****, ** location, which one week later, I found out was false. They will say or do anything to make the high pressured sale. They are criminals and belong in jail!

  The worst experience ever! Told I was dumb and stupid when I said no to buying their products. Not to mention the eye roll when I said no. They lure you in with free samples and waste your time. *** tried to sell me $20,000 dollars worth of products. By the time it was finished he was down to $5,000. The $12,000 LED light therapy machine they are pushing can be bought at a fraction of the cost from other retailers. Dont buy into the theater. They are predators. Investigation in to their business practice has been an ongoing issue and nothing seems to be done about it.

  Con man with predator tactical sales. Got me into back room wanting to show me a cream and red light tool. Got angry after I wouldn't purchase. He started out at $21,000 down to $5,000 than yelling at me when I said no and walked out. This was in Maui on Front Street.

  I feel so stupid! I was in ********* Center and had some extra time yesterday. Next thing I know, I've spend $418.85 on eye cream and moisturizer but at least I refused to ***** down $6000 for their home skin care red light/blue light package. You'd think as a 72 year old I'd be on to the sleezy sales tactics (same ones used to sell timeshares years ago...an outside person giving out samples then main lead takes over when they have a live one) but these girls were so smooth until I refused and then *********, the lead, got rude.

  I was conned as well and the only reason I came on this site was not that I don't like the products but because they didn't give me brand new serums. I got home and went to use my stuff and everything was half gone. He gave me all their test tubes. I am sick to my stomach. My friend bought from them as well and she got all brand new products and she got way more than I did. I bought at a women's expo so there is no one to contact about my experience. I am so disappointed. I can't even sell them on **** as my jars aren't even half full. Waste of money. If you do buy from them make sure to check the creams they sell you to make sure they are brand new and not used. So far I like the stuff but it's still to early to know for sure. I won't be buying refills though as they cost way more online then they did at the women's expo. I could never afford them if I bought from their website. I over paid as it was since they are test tubes.
