      On April 12, 2024 I entered the ****************************** store. For the past 2&1/2 yrs I have taken my dog into the store with me. The Is particular day I arrived at the store with no leash for my dog. I could not leave her in the parking lot unattended. She is my emotional support and beloved friend. The Assistant Manager *********************** approached me at the check out line and took all the merchandise I had shopped for and told me to leave and return when I had a leash for my dog. I tried to explain that I had left home without one he said very harshly "THEN GET YOUR DOG OUT OF THE STORE!" I said ok I can do that. **************** ten leaned into me and said "WHAT?WHAT DID YOU SAY?" I repeated myself and he said " YOU KNOW WHAT?? YOU ARE BANNED FROM THE STORE!. IM CALLING THE POLICE!" I started to leave the store as instructed and **************** now says, " NO WAIT, WHERE ARE YOU GOING? ARE YOU A MAN OR WHAT, STAY AND WAIT FOR THE ****** I informed him I was going to wait outside since he had ordered me to leave. This whole conversation was approximately 30 seconds from beginning to end. I feel this was done out of prejudice on Mr. ******* behalf and he profiled me specifically to remove me from the store. Very disappointed in Foodland as I have shopped this store for 23 yrs. Mr. ******* behavior was very unprofessional and before I departed that day he looked at me and said "IDIOT". I CANT BELIEVE THAT FOODLAND ALLOWS IT'S MANAGEMENT TEAM TO ADDRESS THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THIS MANNER. I'm a senior citizen, homeless, and have no transportation, and the next closest grocery is about 7 miles away. **************** has taken my ability to shop for life sustaining food for boy me and my dog. I can no longer purchase food at my local market. I feel this was done not only unprofessionally but out of malice as well. I feel an apology is in order and the trespass imposed upon me lifted. My recommendation as a large retail manager of 25 yrs that **************** return to the classroom.

      Dear Sir or Madam,Subject: Request for Assistance in Resolving Refund Issue with Foodland I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an unresolved issue with Foodland, following a purchase I made during my visit to ******. On January 4th, 2024, I bought a bag of ************************ coffee from Foodland, priced at $42.99. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the coffee was expired at the time of purchase, with a "best by" date of December 31st, 2023.Upon realizing the oversight, I contacted Foodland on February 12th, 2024, to request a refund, as returning the product in person was not feasible due to my residence in *********. I provided photographic evidence of the receipt and the expired product. In response, I received an email on February 27th from Foodland, stating that my request was being processed by their accounting department. However, despite follow-up emails, the latest being on May 2nd, 2024, I have yet to receive any further updates or resolution.The lack of response has left me with no choice but to seek your help to resolve this matter. I am disappointed in the level of customer service and the handling of this issue, which I believe is not in line with the company's commitments to customer satisfaction and product quality.I respectfully request the BBBs intervention to facilitate a timely resolution to this matter, ideally in the form of a full refund of $42.99 and tax. I trust that your involvement will encourage Foodland to address and rectify this situation promptly.Thank you for your attention and assistance.       I have been going to my local foodland for many years. I never had an issue there. But over the span of almost a year, there's a prior Vision security guard who stalks me and follows me around the store for no reason. I have reached out to the managers at the foodland. The prior Vision managers. As well as higher up in customer service of **********************. The last time I was in the store was on August 3rd at about 4:00 p.m. . Whenever I come into that store I can catch him following me watching me gawking etc. I have brought this to the attention of management several times but never get a call back or any kind of explanation except that we'll talk to him. I even talked to *******, who is the head of of customer service for ********************** to be told I'll get to you by the end of the week which was 3 weeks ago and I always have to follow up with them. I always have to do their work. I feel discriminated against. And sexually harassed. I have never been so uncomfortable going to a foodland store and my entire life that I've been going to for a long time. The management is not doing anything and the last time I talked to *****, who is the head of the foodland store who by the way never got back to me after several times of contacting her and she never following up, told me that now it's going to human resources. I have called human resources three times and left messages. And email twice. And never got any response. I have had the prior Vision security guard say that the management at food plan wants him to follow me. I don't know why besides my race. And then when I talk to the foodland management they say oh we don't ask anybody to follow anybody in the store. I shouldn't have to feel this way and I would like a resolution and apology a store credit something for everyone in that store I feel as my ohana. I have no other issues if anyone else in that store in fact the other prior Vision security guards I talk story with and get along with. The prior Vision guard's name is ****
