    Watch out for one particular sales man at this establishment ***** ****. He was trying to sell me a van for my son that overheated on our test drive after clearing the check engine light. Dont not trust this business

    I purchased a 2016 dodge caravan 4/17/2024 for $7000 and on the ******** ad it said 2019 runs well cold ac all of that hopes and dreams!! I drove from town Hawaii auto to home in ****** and AC was not cold I read the title found out its actually a 2016 smh. & 3 days later I drove up to ************** about 15 minutes away from my home and the van started to over heat. I called Kylysh with Hawaii auto whom I purchased the van from and told him what was going on. He told me its an easy fix and nothing he could do to help me ! After telling me the van drove good with no problems!! 3 days later I got all type of problems with it. I plugged in a diagnostic to see what was the issues and man was there a list!! Anyway, I figured nothing this man can do to help me so i purchased what I could to help fix some of the problems with the van. But today 5/16/24 myself and my 5 kids went to the store, and on our way back home my newborn baby started screaming!! I had my older son check on him to see what was wrong and his head and body was completely drenched in rain water !!! Oh my god, words cant express how I felt ! Seeing my baby hurt and cold anyway! I rushed home parked my van under the garage & took my baby in the house for a warm bath. Went back outside to check how water was getting in and looks like they knew about theses rust wholes that they tried to patch / cover up with tape and paint !!! As I explained to him when I bought the van is that Im a single mother of 5 kids and the $7000 I spent on this van was literally everything from my taxes im so hurt that anyone could do this sell something knowing theyre problems with it. Offer no help to me. Nothing. I just want some help please when I tried to call him he had blocked my number now I can no longer get in touch. I dont know what else to do.

    Very straightforward gentleman sell me a car. I ve been told in advance about all possible issues.Got mine car last year during Covid. Still runs no complaints no issue.
