      Zero stars While I did not have any issues in store with staff for customer service my issues have always been on the back end of T-Mobile and it has happened not once but twice now so its for me once shame on you for me twice shame on me.And spring of 2018 my husband enlisted into the military, and we opted to change the T-Mobile account from my name to his name to receive the military benefit. We felt all was taken care of, and our bill was reflecting a lower price because of the military benefit to find out several months later that I had a delinquency on my account because the staff member Decided to only switch the services and not the devices associated with the account. So I fought with the debt collector for months on end before settling it because it was a T-Mobile error that they were unwilling and unable to fix that resulted in me having almost a 5K debt.I was able to settle the amount for 300 under the circumstances that I personally would not ever be able to have an account with ************************ again. However, my husband kept our account recently. We had a promotion available to us through ****** where we would get not only a military discount but also a ****** discount. So we switched our services paid. Our final bill had no access to our T-Mobile account and woke up one morning with a $1500 charge to our account from ***************************** my husband called T-Mobile to try to correct it as we were waiting on the **** card to pay off the remainder of our devices, they said that they were unable to do anything. Therefore, we had to take it up with the bank and argue and dispute the charges, which luckily got corrected, but that is because of our bank and not *************************** requested to speak with managers who confirmed that the charge was never authorized but they cant do anything about it therefore, under no circumstances will I ever do business again with T-Mobile and I would encourage anyone I know to be very cautious For the incompetent staff.
