      On August 5, 2022, I placed an online order for pizza to be delivered from Papa Johns. I paid with credit card. Here is the order info for that purchase:August 5 at 11:15, order #********* in the amount of $125.97.This order was said to be canceled. It was paid online but never delivered. Prior to delivery time, I received a call that they would not be able to deliver, so they would be canceling my order and processing a refund. I was told that I needed to log back on and place an order to be picked up instead. I went ahead and did that. Here is the order info for that purchase:August 5, order #********* to be paid in cash on pick up, in the amount of $108.36.This order, I did go to pick up and paid it in cash.I waited a few days before calling Papa Johns on August 10, to let them know that I hadnt received my refund yet. They did that it would take 3-5 (or 5-7) days. I told them that it had been 5 days. They checked their systems, it said that it was indeed processed as a return, so give it a couple more days to show up in my account. I waited a few more days. On August 17th, I still hadnt received a refund so I called again. I was told that a refund WAS processed. It takes a couple of days for the refund to be processed and approved, and then it would be 3-5 (or 5-7) days from approval to see the refund in my account. By those calculations, it would have been August 17 or the day after that I should have been refunded.Today is August 23 AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK.
