    I am the resident manager of a 90 unit condominium property and the **** has a contract with West Oahu Aggregate (WOA) and is scheduled to pick up the trash bin on Monday-Saturday for the sum of $1,118.00 per month.Since February 2024 WOA has missed numerous scheduled trash pickups (usually on Saturdays & after holiday weekends which are the times when the most trash is disposed of by the residents). The most recent dates that scheduled trash pickup were missed are: 7-27-24, 7-30-24, 8-10-24 & 8-12-24 When I call to inform WOA of the missed scheduled pickup the only person I can speak with is the administrative assistant who will inform me that either they are short on drivers to cover their contractsor a truck broke down. When I insist on being given a manager's contact information I am told that they don't have it & they will transfer my call. When the call is transferred to the manager it goes directly to voicemail. I have left a voice message on numerous occasions, but have never receive a response.Because of the potential health hazard of the overflowing trash, both my maintenance ************** have had to bag up the overflowing trash & put it on the side of the bin. I have had to do this numerous times a day on my days off in order to contain the trash & prevent it from backing up the trash chute & causing damage to the trash chute or trash chute door. I tracked down contact information for operations support (any manager's or executive's contact information was suspiciously absent) and have written emails to **************************************************************** requesting that they fulfill their contractual obligation and/or provide a solution such as giving our property a larger bin at the same price, but have received no response to my emails from either of them.It is unacceptable that a company cannot fulfill their contract & refuses to provide alternative solutions until they can address their personnel **************** repair issues.

    I'd like to begin by apologizing for the number service interruptions that you have experienced as well as the lack of communication from our staff.  I'm sure you have already been informed about our commercial driver shortage and absenteeism, in addition to challenges from our acquisition of another waste and recycling business last year, however I am pleased to share that in the last couple of weeks we've made some operational changes with our driver assignments , onboarded additional commercial drivers, and have completed the merge of the last of the waste routes from our acquisition.  With these changes, I am confident that our service will improve.

    Again, I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience that you and your staff has had to endure.

    My schedule pick-up is on Monday, I called every day this week exclude 4th. July and spoke to the receptionist, I was told the driver was out sick but they will have someone on Tuesday. Well he did't pick-up so I called again, I was told they will contact the driver to pick up trash. Well he didn't. Wednesday came and now the trash bag is broken in by stray cats and dogs (this is a health hazard). I called again on Thursday I was told they will call the driver now for a pick up, I waited until 4: p.m. and nothing. Now I'm picking the over flow trash from the ground and over stuffing the bin (they were magots on the ground) I called on Friday and told them this is unacceptable, my payment is alway on time and if my schedule pick up is on Monday why do I have to call every day for an excuse.

    We have a contract established with West Oahu Aggregate regarding trash pick up twice a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our trash pickup was scheduled for pick up on March 1, 2024. However, no service was done. Today is March 6 our trash was scheduled to be picked up today. No service was rendered. The trash bin is over full wish is causing a health hazard to the residence and the public because West Oahu Aggregate has not fulfilled their contract obligations in any reasonable manner. We were assured that the trash would be picked up today. It is 8:55 pm and the trash has not been picked up. We request that they fulfil their contractual obligation with our property. This is a Health Hazard.

    I manage an 80 unit property in Waikiki and have a contract with WOA to pick up M/W/F/S for the sum of $630.90 a month. On more than several occasions WOA has skipped our service dates. When I call to see about getting someone to come out and service our property I always get the run around, I'm sent over to ****'s (contract manager) voicemail which states he's on vacation. I'll always leave a message but never get a return call explaining what or why. Previously, **** from WOA has stated that their company has just acquired another trash company, some people quit after that and WOA hasn't had enough drivers to cover all their contracts. More times then I'd like I've had to bag up the overflowing trash on property, load it in my truck and drive it 15 miles to the dumb myself. I am not aware of any credits back to our account for missing service dates.The following dates are just some of the services that they've missed:8/2/23, 8/9/23, 8/11/23- all missed pick up dates.In January ****, WOA didn't service our property for 5 consecutive days!8/12/23- serviced our property but left the 3 yard can in a residents parking stall instead of putting it back where it goes.8/24/23- missed services 11/1/23- missed services ************ has proven to be very unreliable since taking on more then they can handle.
