    On Friday, December 16th I parked my car at 10:23am near the corner of Kawaiahao and ***** Streets. At the time there was no sign indicating construction would be done in that particular location or that it was a tow away zone. I took a picture of the spot with my car which I have attached. If opened with my phone it will show the details of the photo including a time and date stamp which will confirm my claim. Upon returning after work a sign had been placed over the meter that stated cars would be towed starting at 8am. Someone from your company knowingly placed a tow away sign next to a car that was already parked and had it towed hours after the fact. I was given no warning nor was the proper signage and limitations posted. I have receipts for the tow/impound as well as the cost of the uber to pick up my car. I am requesting reimbursement for all costs.

    I have reached out to ***********************, and she has agreed to work with us directly regarding her issue.  I asked if she had called our office regarding this matter, and she said that she did not.  We hire a traffic control company to put up our barricades and signs for our various projects on the island.  We have been in business for over 26 years, and occasionally there are errors that are made.   I will be following up with our vendor to make sure corrections are made for future circumstances, and will also make sure that *************************** gets reimbursed for all cost related to her car being towed .  Please feel  free to contact me if there are any other questions, and/or concerns.
