      Despicable. I opened a business account and specifically asked if I could deposit checks remotely using their app. They said YES. This wasnt the truth and for 8 years EVERY TIME I asked they would say yes they are working on that, its coming soon. That was a LIE. Now in the past 2 years they have shut down or moved locations WITHOUT notifying their customers. So I have to drive to new locations to find **** where I can deposit my checks. Ive called 3 times because the **** are not working and their support couldn't even tell me which **** are functioning. I spoke with the manager at the ************* and was basically told, she couldn't do anything about it. Today I got an email saying their online platform is changing so I'll have to re-enroll and re-establish ALL of my bill pays, transfers, etc (with LESS than a months notice). ********** Ive ever had.
