      This is a complaint against aloha for services I paid for, 750 in nov. of last year to be provided today Jan 19 of this year that I did not receive. I paid for 2 days diving this month, which I did not receive, internet online recertification course to be provided last year which I did not receive.. despite calling them twice in November. And dec. and them telling me they would email link to take course they did not. Upon arrival today boat was not available, reason given I was not logged for a trip, I asked how to reschedule corse and dives so they could be accomplished in days of jan . 19 and 29 already agreed to they offered only to reschedule one day recertification dive and said they would not be offering a refund.
