  *** and the team at Foundation Systems Hawaii really went above and beyond for me. If you want your foundation work done right with very high peace of mind, then ***'s team is really the only choice on this island.My house is 70 years old in Palolo and has significant lean due to the softer soil it sits on. I got 10 different quotes from other foundation companies, contractors, and structural architecture firms, and got a whole range of prices and solutions from all of them. I actually ended up choosing another foundation company because their price was closer to my budget range even though I knew Foundation System's solution would have been the best choice.When it came time for the other company to start the work, they called me and said they actually aren't able to complete the job and offered me a refund.... I panicked and contacted *** right away. Immediately after speaking with him, I felt better. He said he would meet me personally at my property to assess the situation and see what they can do to work with my budget.I don't know about you, but I don't know many organizations where the *** personally comes out to house calls to help their customers - this felt really personalized and I can honestly say I felt taken care of throughout the whole process.*** understood that I was on a tight deadline, and was able to get his guys to start work within a week and they finished within 3 days. I can't tell you the kind of relief I had knowing that his team came and drilled 5 micropiles 12 feet into the ground to hit bedrock, then go 5 feet deeper on all corners of my house. They also used their tie-back system to hold up one of the side walls that actually acts as a retaining wall for the other building on the property that sits higher on the hill.At the end of the day, this house is never moving again, and I'd pay the wonderful team at Foundation Systems of Hawaii again in a second just for the professionalism, care, technology, and expertise they provide.

  Foundation Systems is one of the few contractors I encountered that followed through with all the work that was contracted for, completed it on time, and did a good job. ***** and his crew were professional, did quality work, and completed it in a timely manner. They were respectful and responded to all questions/concerns to our satisfaction.

  Im a general construction contractor and we used Foundation Systems Hawaii, **** to install some micro piles to help stabilize a settling pole house for a client.**********************, and crew were are always on time, professional and easy to work with to get the job done. I would highly recommend Foundation Systems Hawaii, **** for any foundation problems you may have.Thanks,****
