- If a client needs to cancel the event due to an Act of God or last minute emergency, the deposit can be applied to a reschedule date within 45 days from the original date cancelled as a agreed upon by the client, talent and Dizanne Productions. If a talent is unable to perform due to an emergency, another talent will be offered. If a replacement talent is unavailable, the deposit for said talent will be completely reimbursed to the client. If an event is cancelled within 30 days of an event and is not going to be rescheduled, the full balance is due upon cancellation.
