  I shipped a pool vacuum all the way from ******* to ****, **. The equipment had a large Lithium battery on board. **** in ******** slapped a Hazmat label on it, then refused to deliver the package. These batteries are on a list of restricted items -- they cannot be flown. **** didn't inform me of it before the equipment was shipped. The postmaster in ******** suggested *** but I ran into the same problem, that dratted Hazmat label. I called Wikiwiki Express Delivery. Based on their online ratings, I probably should have just called them first -- it would have saved me a lot of time and trouble. Anyway, an actual voice came over the line after a couple of rings, it was ***** at Wikiwiki. He patiently listened to my story and finally answered, "Yes, we can help you". I can't tell you what a relief it was to hear that! After getting a few more details including teaching me how to pronounce Hilo ("It's Heee-low, not Hiiii-lo" and "Wikiwiki means fast, as in 'fast delivery'") he got me a quote -- which was quite reasonable under the circumstances -- and then personally took it on himself to pick up the package at *** and get it approved for delivery and on the boat. I was kept informed at each step of the process via text or a phone call. Anyway, to make a long story longer, Wikiwiki saved the day and got my package on its way. Not only did they do the job, they got it done quickly and in a friendly professional manner. The boys at **** and *** could take a ****** or two in personal service from Wikiwiki. It's something that unfortunately's been lost along the way. They made me feel as though I finally have a friend in ******. From the other side of the world, I just want to say "Thanks Wikiwiki Express Delivery for getting 'er done". They truly do live up to their name.

  These movers were very professional. Helped me with two moves and took some boxes to the dump for me for an additional fee.

  Wikiwiki Express Delivery came through and moved our 4 bedroom with great service and professionalism from start to finish. They packed it with care and wrapped all the furniture, will be using them in the future, very happy with there services.

  5 Stars - Truly a Lifesaver!Wiki Wiki Express was an absolute lifesaver during an incredibly stressful and urgent situation. They were the only company that responded to me quickly and were willing to come the very next morning to help move all of my belongings into storage. I was in tears on the phone with them, yet they remained kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process.Despite the stormy weather, they did an amazing job. They were completely soaked but still made sure that all of my furniture and belongings were properly wrapped and kept dry. Their dedication and hard work meant the world to **** truly appreciate everything they did, and I will absolutely be calling them for my next move. They make you feel like Ohanaand during the stress of moving, that sense of family and support is exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
