    June 1, 2022 my 14 year old granddaughter and i went to choose a human hair wig from Yanie at Pacific Hair Waikiki, she told us wig original cost is $3,000.00 but would give to us for $1436.00. She told us this lace wig is sensitive but this is what my granddaughter wanted. We proceeded to ask if she can sleep, swim and put hair up cause she will be cheerleading for school, she said yes. I asked if needed repair she would fix, she said yes.July 20, 2022 I contacted *****, alot of hair started to fall out of wig and I told her thats not right..I texted her pictures and she told me repair cost starts at $100 but she would need to see wig. We dropped it off on July 26th, ***** sent me 6 pictures of which she said had hair loss on wig and that it would then now cost me $600 to $800 to fix. I told her this must be a defective wig and that it is not acceptable, she then proceeded to tell me that its cause of Wear and Tear. I was in total DISBELIEF, this nice kind helpful lady had just turned on us. My granddaughter is 14 years old with Alopecia Totalus and this company has totally taken this situation in the wrong and at the expense of my granddaughter. ***** states they tested it before and after dying the wig, but I still feel that something is wrong. I asked for a refund and she no longer wanted to talk and said that i should go to a mediator. I called salons in ****** and ********** , explained my situation and they all said that this is not right, the piece / wig even with all lace cap, should at least last a year and in my little investigating, I found out that there were other people who also called this 1 particular salon and got complaints from them , pacific Waikiki. They have a 30 return policy, & how convenient that 40 days later a whole bunch of hair starts to fall out.. I am upset and hurt especially for my granddaughter who was crying to me...She was indeed happy with the wig, followed ***** instructions only to have this nightmare now happen..HELP US
