    Around December 10, 2023, *************************** from Indoor Air Quality replaced the entire HVAC system in my home on ****** Pukanala Pl, *********. He was the technician selected by Liberty Home Guard ************************ He was paid $8254.30 for the full replacement. The Invoice number for this job was #******. In May of 2024, after new tenants moved in, there was a large puddle of water on the floor and water damage coming from the ceiling hallway which is where the A/C unit is housed. It was determined by another HVAC technician that the drain pan was not properly installed and therefor collected all of the condensation and poured through the ceiling. We have tried to call, email, text and left reviews for someone from Indoor Air Quality to call us back but we have been unsuccessful. We now have over $10k in water damages/HVAC repair that need to be covered.
