      Very unhappy with the insurance companys disposition on a homeowner claim for roof damage! Excuses: Damage inconsistent to direction of wind, assertions that the roof was installed incorrectly by a reputable builder who we consumers presumed are regulated by the city/county building code inspectors, and other third party expert opinions paid for by the company aimed at discrediting the merits of the claim. Then, the highly questionable notice of non-renewal of homeowner policy!Beware of insurance companies who would take your premiums decades on end but will run for cover in the myriad of rich menu of technicalities and schemes to avoid paying up when time comes that you invoke a claim.When it comes to insurance coverage, its a c*** shoot out there for the small consumers/homeowners of ******! I can only wish the government regulators step up to the plate to investigate and expose these ill practices in the insurance industry.
