      40 year ******************************* Telecom have raised my rate twice in three months. Call center keeps you on hold forever. The after hour call center is useless for solving anything. I am going to cancel my service.

      It's been almost a day after Hawaiian Tel said they'll reconnect my internet service after paying my past ****!! Thinking of switching but spectrum isn't that much better in terms of customer service, can't understand why my initial hookup was instantaneous! But need to wait forever to get reconnected!! also I tried asking when my special rate ends I can't get an answer from anyone at Hawaiian Tel!!, all ISP's are ready to scam customers by upping the monthly rate without notice hoping you'll forget! It's up to you to call them in advance to maintain your monthly rate! Also remember internet service is FREE in Korea! But not in *******!, why corporate greed!!!

      Waited 1 month with 3 no show no call appts.just canceled my new service even before installation because of their total lack of communication. Would give them negative 5 stars if that was one of the choices.my advice is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company..only big time ****** in frustration.

      By far the worst, most insulting customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid these people like the plague. They will create ways to over charge you and they will treat you like a nuisance when you try to fix the billing problem. Im talking about refusing to talk to you, being rude to you, hanging up on you. This is a truly awful company.
