      I posted a review or pants that were defective on the **** Richard website. They were difficult to work with but eventually gave refund minus taxes and shipping. My review focus on poor quality of the pants and gave one out five star reviews. The review does not show up on the website. I purchase pants believing the 4.9 of 5 stars they advertise on website; hoewever now believe this to be fraudlent advertising in that they do not post negative review and is unfair business practice. I am not asking for additional refund, only they post my one star review.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the recent complaint filed by Mr. ***** ***** regarding his experience with **** *********************** Below, we provide a detailed explanation of the events as they transpired:

      Order Information:
      - The order in question (#TR111089) was placed on November 9, 2024, using the email address ******************************** under the name ******* *****.
      - Communications with the **** ********************** **************** team and the ******************** complaint were submitted under a different name and email address: ***** Burch and *********************************, respectively.
      - Both email addresses are linked to separate customer accounts and orders, but only one account *********************** corresponds to the disputed order.

      Return and Refund *********************** contacted our **************** team on December 21, 2024, to request a refund or exchange for the item, citing defects in the product.
      - The purchase qualified for our holiday return policy, which extended the return window to February 4, 2025.
      - Despite the delay in initiating the return, we promptly processed a full refund of the disputed amount ($151.20) on December 26, 2024.

      Review Submission:
      - On December 24, 2024, Mr. ***** submitted a product review using the email *********************************. This review was rejected as the email address is not linked to a verified purchase of the product.
      - On December 28, 2024, a second review was submitted using the correct email address, ********************************, after the full refund had been issued. This review has since been approved and published on our website, along with a professional response from our team addressing Mr. ****** concerns.

      - Throughout the process, our **************** team acted professionally and promptly to address Mr. ****** concerns.
      - We regret that Mr. ***** felt dissatisfied despite our efforts to resolve the issue, including a full refund and approval of his product review.
