      Jan 4th purchased moped for $1732.93, Jan 9th purchased upgrade for $209.37 after told moped was completed fixed after there had been 3 issue incidents 2 stall outs and display malfunction. When I got the moped back there were still display malfunctions. **** said they will repair again and found a pinched wire. 1/9 I picked up a moped. ******* offered me free maintenance (oil change) for all the issues. When I approached the moped there was a lot of oil all over the foot pedals and handlebars. I had to go in and ask her for a rag to clean up. She apologized again. I took the moped around the block and immediately noticed electrical wires and hoses hanging. I took the moped back. Mechanic came out and apologized and fixed the bad repair. I advised ******* that I want a full refund if there are any more issues. I left with my moped. 1/10 having poor engine noise and stall outs. Decided Ill return the moped the next day. 1/11 returned moped, both keys, all paperwork to Trinity at Apex in person. Reported the issues and left the product in their possession. She called me minutes after and apologized and said she talked to her boss **** and he will issue a full refund of both the initial $1732.93 and upgrade $209.37.1/15 four days later I get a call from **** at Apex, the owner. Said he changed his mind about the return. I must pick up the moped or be charged $25 per day. I advised he already approved the return and I have moved on with another product. He was extremely upset and said I have no choice but to get the moped he will not honor return after thinking about it for a few days. I told him I dont trust the moped. The product was not good and had too many issues for new. He hung up on me and said he will not issue my return and must take him to court.
