    Company charged me $1k+ to deliver my things from *********** to Honolulu and did not deliver them after 11 weeks.They said they would arrive and the never did or follow up.

    I called for a quote on movers I was quoted 2.5 to 3 hours at 179 an hour . When I arranged service I was told that I would require 3 movers at 239 an hour. On 8/9 a crew of 3 arrive to move my 1 bed room and living room to an apartment across town. They were supposed to arrive e at 8 to 9 am they called at 845 to say they we 10 to 15 away and they arrived around 930am. Stood around most times talking while 1 person worked only 1 person was in uniform. Multiple damages to my property 3 out of 4 of my desks are broken I have chipped counter tops scratched floors and 1 of the movers was 16 and was on his phone texting most the time. We finish the first location around 1pm 130pm not even a half full truck they packed 5 boxes carelessly. From here they asked if they could go to lunch. I told them that we needed to move fast because my building won't let us move after 6pm I head to the new building where we moved to and they arrive 1hour 30 min later to start working moving into my new place. The one thin about this move is they didn't want to move my bed and ******* the one in charge asked to do the bed off the contract for 300$. When moving into the new place they had me put my bed and bed stand on top of my personal vehicle and drive it to where it needed to be. I moved plenty of our stuff in our own vehicle to make sure it was moved ******* was talking about this was going to be his last day and how he had to get rid of a gun because he had to use it. Was on the phone talking to someone about "reupping" while on the job. Moved finished and it came to 5.5 hours I paid $1194.00 and $100 cash and $100 was charged to my card at a later date. Such a bad experience. I packed most of my stuff sad to see most got damaged and most things in my apartment were damaged. They left moving handcart in the common areas where I live and trash everywhere. If things were on my tables they were flipped and stuff went to the floor. I am missing electronics as well.

    Contacted Honolulu Movers received a quote for 4-6 hours to pack & move 550 sqft 2bd @ $239/hr for 3 man move; & to additionally move closet doors from storage unit 7mi away to unit.I said the old place is a 3 story walk up w/new paint on the walls. Was assured theyd be delicate. I said I would be attempting to pack a few things, but my ankle is injured so not to count on it. Told them new place is 15th fl ************** had to reserve elevator between 9am-6pm condo rules.Asked if they would provide mattress bags & packing material, they said yes. I asked if they wanted to set up a viewing & they said no. Was told it shouldnt take more than 6hrs for a small place.Day 1 I had deconstructed my house so all breakables were in one spot, electronics in another. Etc. movers came late due to another job. Said they didnt have enough material. I gave them the material I had for some things I wanted to pack. Worked for 2hrs with 2 guys & said I got 3rd for free. I told them dont pack my bed, they ended up packing my pillows from my bed with my dirty front door mat.Day 2 they arrived in a graffitid beat up truck. Said they didnt know it wasnt a walk up, surprised it wasnt packed & they didnt know if they could get it all done. Was going to charge me for 4 guys. I called and manager said no only 3.I ended up having to work side by side ************* & pack FOR 9 HOURS. They ran out of material & had to stop work. Ended up tossing things in boxes w/o protection. Artwork in w/hammers & used a dolly to jarringly roll boxes down the stairs.They didnt have mattress bags, moving went till 8pm after breaking rules & at very end they turned my ANTIQUE TRUNK w/ $3k artwork in it, on its side. I said to right ********* proceeded to argue w/me.Im already finding damaged items, will take months of unboxing to find what all has been broken. Total paid: $2,500 Another 5* company quoted $2.3 after viewing & w/o me packing anything. Called 07/20, havent heard back.

    04/22/23 Total cost: $2,449.02 plus $400 tip I was quoted for 1400 - 1500 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath move including packing the items, reassembly of large furniture items and delivery. The dispatcher also mentioned a 25% off discount if we booked prior to the end of the month, which we did however the discount was not applied at the end. The crew arrived late, we were told they would arrive between 9AM - 10AM and they called at 938AM saying they would arrive 40 minutes later. They packaged items poorly, and did not wrap all glass items when packaging, they packaged items slowly seemingly to pad the time we would be charged due to the length of time of the move we told them not to do the reassembly because by that time it was already 8pm. When the delivery was completed the ******* of the job would not leave our residence until we left a 5 star review. So I left a 5 star review at his instruction on both ****** Maps and Yelp and he finally left. ?I changed the review yesterday 04/24 to reflect my actual opinion which was a 2 star review. The ******* from the job texted me at 1046PM on the same day confronting me about me leaving a bad review, telling me that he had to look for a new job and attempted to bribe me to take down the review. As of today, the review is not viewable on ****** Maps, I did not remove the review and suspect the ******* reported the review or the business itself had it removed however it is still up on Yelp. I reached out to the business last night after the series of texts were sent, and a customer service rep **** responded to set up a phone call, I requested to have correspondence through email due to my work schedule. She did not respond so I called the office when I had a quick break which was not answered, after hanging up she sent a response email saying that she was writing the response to the previous email. I responded letting her know to send it over as soon as she finished and she has not yet responded. Job 5504-1
