The only real issue I have with them is the monthly account fee and the fact that it cost **** just to pay my bill. They charge ***** a month just to have an account with them regardless of services rendered and the antiquated billing platform they use charges just to pay my bill unless I go down to the office and pay in cash. Please come to the 21st century and stop nickle and diming your customers. Why am I paying a monthly charge when I fill up my propane tank once or maybe twice a year? This basically feels like extortion. I get that they are based in Hawaii and my options are few but still, do better.

Regarding the monthly charge, this fee covers the cost associated with providing safe and reliable services, such as tank testing, on-site inspections, equipment maintenance and allows Hawaii Gas to provide vital customer support and emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
