      My interest rate double the price of the use vehicle I got approved, In fact it should have been a brand new vehicle prize. And it was lack of explanation on loan & interests, thought monthly goes to principle but unaware was for *********************** Did not go through with how the monthly will apply for. ******* was confusing & not allowing us focus on the transaction. But after everything the next morning I just had time to go over the docs & was shock with 95% marker up prize on vehicle.

      Poor Business Practice! After completing all paperwork and NO 3 day purchase cancellation sales agreement and acceptance of new 2023 4Runner, the dealership sales person, says oh by the way asks ** for our carbon copy, reinserts a carbon into new & demonstrator vehicle delivery receipt & check sheet and adds no second key, customer to bring in vehicle when key is ready, NO ETA.. They were not upfront in the sales of this vehicle, we would only be receiving one key fob. This was very deceiving, bring the amount we spent was over $45K. After dealership added the no second key, no compensation conversation took place for inconvenience. I would tell anyone to not do business here, they are sneaky to push the sale!
