It renewed my subscription at $49 per month after: 1. a representative said that I could get a subscription for $10 a month; 2. I told him I accept that rate; 3. He backpedaled and said he would have someone get back to me; 4. After a month later and no one called me, I checked my credit card statement and they went ahead and charged me $49 without my consent.Over a month and a half later, issue was finally resolved.EVERYONE, especially KUPUNA: do not pay the rate on your renewal letter. THEY ARE OPEN TO BARGAINING!!!! Take advantage of this as they have been taking advantage of you for YEARS!!!!! MAKE THEM STOP!!!!

Hello,I received a letter from you dated 7/9/2024 and have been trying to contact **************** repeatedly since then. For your information, your call center does not function properly and when I finally can make a selection to talk to an agent I repeatedly get transferred to dead air/disconnected!I also tried leaving messages via your app and also by voice mail directly to ***************** - all without success! I would appreciate it if someone would contact me!******,********************* After ten days of trying to talk with someone I got so frustrated that I cancelled my subscription. Subsequently, I got a call trying to get me to resubscribe! What is with this company?Want to advise other people not to subscribe! For info look at the Zyelp reviews

West Hawaii Today (Star-Advertiser affiliate) has been charging me for the last 6 mths without receiving any newspaper. Called them in Nov 2022 to terminate subscription via email and received confirmation of subscription termination. Called a bunch of times and no one returns calls.
