    Parked my vehicle at their open lot in ******************* in parking space 88. I used the ** code to pay to use the space for 4 hours. I went back to get the vehicle before the time expired and it had been towed. Apparently, I had a typo when using the ** code. No one bothered to call me as it's obvious that was the same car just a 1 letter mix up in the license plate. There's no cross check on the stall number. I went to pick up my car at the lot Elite had the cars towed to and was called names by the attendant, "Stupid local", "Fool", my friend was told he has " Small Man Syndrome" and when my friend told her people from ****** don't treat people like this she called him a "Racists". The attendant did say that this is because of the management of Elite parking due to their parking policies. I agree with her statement about Elite's policy not to cross check the vehicle with a stall. The parking was paid for and this could have been avoided.

    This company is breaking the ***************. I just moved to ******. Ended up buying a vehicle in order to uber drive. I am in a wheelchair, and asked Elite Parking Servies to accommodate me and allow me to buy a monthly pass so that I could park in the garage, that has over 50 free spots every single night. I told them that I feel unsafe having to park blocks away and fear that at some point I will be jumped and robbed by an unfortunate homeless person. I have attempted to contact the boss/owner of the company many times. I am told by his employees that he will give me a call back, and yet never has. When I call and demand to speak to him, they tell me no. I have video proof showing how many spots are available in this garage, and yet they are refusing to accommodate a Disabled individual. I am in pursuit of obtaining a lawyer and suing this company for discrimination.
