    The French Drain that TAL LLC installed is not working properly. Water is backing up into the gravel area (backwards). I notified them on 2/14/23, about the French Drain problem and about some loose boards. They said they would send someone out. 2 men came out a couple of hours later and tried to get me to pay for the warranty work,... but that didn't make sense so I contacted the owner, ****. He said those 2 men worked for a company they used to associate with but no longer have a working relationship with. He (****) said he would come out and fix the boards and look at the French Drain. He came out on 2/22/23 and fixed the boards then said he needed time to figure out what to do about the French Drain. I checked in with him a few times after that to find out his plan for fixing the French Drain, and on 3/20/23 he said he wasn't sure what to do about it. I replied that since they installed it and it's still under warranty, I wanted to know what they suggest. I have had no reply since 3/20/23. I want my French Drain fixed since it's under warranty. I'm attaching a copy of the signed Warranty. The warranty is dated 8/7/22 and lasts for one year. (NOTE: If needed, I have copies of the contract and I have documented the phone and text contacts I have with them from 2021 to present, as well as information about who worked and which days they worked on my property.)

We are diligently working to identify the root cause of the problem and implementing measures to rectify it. Our goal is to ensure that the customer's expectations are met and that she is fully satisfied with the outcome.

    We recognize the importance of transparency and will continue to keep the customer updated throughout the resolution process. We are documenting all the steps taken and any agreements or actions discussed during the meetings to maintain clear communication and accountability.
    We appreciate your support and understanding in this matter. We assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the issue and will provide you with further updates as soon as they become available.
