    We are currently stuck in a timeshare membership with this company that we are desperately trying to exit. The value weve received is nowhere near equivalent to the substantial funds weve paid. We feel misled and trapped in a membership we no longer want or need. When we sought a resolution to end this situation, we were met with an unhelpful and unfavorable response.Its deeply frustrating to be tied to a membership that has failed to deliver on its promises. The facilities weve stayed in resemble zero-star resorts, far from the quality we were led to expect. The amount of money weve wasted is staggering, and at this point, all we want is a full refund and a complete termination of our account. We simply want to move on and focus on what truly matters to us.
