      November 28: I placed an order online for a male watch band. I paid express shipping to have time deliver in 2 days. I kept checking the status of the item. Item started originally being send from **********. Item was delay for a week in **********. I reach out to diesel.com but didnt received a response. Item was updated being deliver from ********. Once again item was reroute and was being deliver from ****. Once again I reach out still no response. Item was finally being ship from *********, ******. Which is odd. I receive a response from diesel.com just apologizing for my unsatisfactory. Which disregard the fact I ask about my item and I request to cancel the order. On December 7 item was supposedly deliver to my mail box. Yet no item has arrive. I have contacted them again. I have contact them in 3 different occasions in a 2 week period.

      To Whom it May ******************************************** the following screen shot labeled 'BBB 1 Complaint Response' please look at the Total shipping cost Line(highlighted yellow): it is charged as $5. This is our economy shipping method **** SurePost) which as stated on the website is 5-7 business days ETA from the time the package is shipped. 

       

      Diesel Order Number US11540423 was placed on 11/27 at 6:30 PM EST. This is after the time our warehouse closes. So as per our policy this would be shipped on 11/28. The order was shipped on 11/28 by the warehouse with tracking number 1Z53F0V8YW37731133 and then passed to the local postal service for the final delivery under tracking number 92612903042740541475388712. From the second screen shot attached or by searching the tracking numbers you can see this order was released and shipped from *********, not all the other states the customer claimed. We do not have any store or warehouse locations in the ************* or ********. And the order was delivered on 12/7 to the address provided.

       

      We received our first contact from the client on 12/7 at 10:49 PM EST, claiming that the package was not in their possession despite stating delivered via the tracking number. As a company policy we do a one time good faith refund for a customers first lost package claim. My customer service team responded on 12/8 at 12:59 PM EST. Customer was provided with her good faith refund at this time and was fully refunded by 12/12 and her customer service case was closed accordingly.
