Try Scuba diving canceled my appt. The night before. They moved it to 2pm due to bad weather. When I called back and said it would be impossible for me to get back to the docks for 2pm they said I could schedule for the following day. When I went to schedule for the following day. Their website had morning appts available and I chose one of those. That same morning they called and said they would need to push it back to the afternoon due to poor water clarity. I could not make the later appt because I had other tours booked and I was leaving ******** the next day. I requested a refund. But they stated that they gave me options and I did not cancel within 24 hours. However, I did try to reschedule with 24 hours and my inability to control the weather or change other appts is what lead to them not being able to schedule a time for me. Since the water clarity was beyond either of our control, they should have issued the refund.

I purchased a scuba diving ****** for beginners for myself and a friend. Only after the purchase was complete (purchase of $202.03) were we given the option to review a medical waiver that identified multiple conditions for which you would need physicians approval to participate. This form was not provided before the purchase to determine whether I/we had any of the medical conditions listed for which we would need approval. Upon reviewing the list (3 hours post purchase), did I see that I/we have multiple medical conditions that would preclude our participation. I immediately called to say we could not participate and was told that no refund can be given because we made the purchase less than 48 hours prior to the activity (specifically 29 hours prior). There is no way of knowing what would prevent us medically from participating until after payment is made because it is at this point that they give a medical waiver. It was suggested that I **** no medical condition by a member of the company team when I called (which is not only dishonest but also could create significant issues for us and release them of any liability). This is deceitful business practice and I want a full refund. I would prefer to not have to have my lawyer contact the company about their unlawful and unethical business practices.
