    Have been requesting this company to stop charging us due to no longer needing their service since 2023. Requested via email, spoke to their staff ok several occasions and left *** as well. Still getting charged and still receiving automated robocalls at 2 to 3 in the morning. My family and I are not only sleep deprived, we are traumatized. We are in the midst of hearing back from management who is on vacation until next week.

    CAM security is awful!! I was with them for several years. They sold me a camera that they said was a license plate camera which I discovered was NOT! So they took it back and gave me a refund. But they were upset that they had to refund me, and they emailed me saying "good luck " finding another security company. I interpreted that to mean they would no longer service me. So I quickly got ADT and switched all my cameras. I received 2 bills from them for continued service , and I told them that they stopped service with me. Then several months later, I received an email stating that they (CAM security) continued monitoring my home and they wanted 2 months payment for monitoring fees. How could they monitor me when they stopped service with me and I removed all of their cameras? They are awful!!! Do not go with them.
