      Morale is down as low as you can go with Alert Alarm. They are trying to automate with robots to call you when there is an issue. A robot has called me at 3 in the morning for couple of nights to tell me my garage door battery is low. A human called me two months earlier to say they are coming to repair it. No one came. After the rink call I called for service. Took several days to speak to a human who scheduled service in two days. The service technician came late. He did not knock on the door. He called my cell phone. Got no answer so he left. I am trying to cancel my service. Was put on hold forever. I will set off my alarm to have them call me which is the best way to speak to a human.

      I am paying Alert Alarm to monitor my home for burglary and fire. My smoke alarm goes off at my home, 3 times, at night, in the early morning (4:30 am) and late morning (approximately 10:45 am). No fires but asked for an appointment to check the fire system after the first event. The second(2nd) event, they said they would let the tech department know and call me back. No return calls that day and following. Today, the alarm goes off again. I told the monitoring system operator that this is the third (3d) event and can they expedite the appointment day ( 18th of January, between 1:00 to 4:00pm) The appointment seems too distant. The smoke alarms are installed in my home with no fire suppression system installed. What if we weren't at home and a fire was present? What if, since there is a fault with one of the smoke alarms, no alarm condition is sent to the monitoring station? What am I paying a maintenance contract for? How disappointing.

      We signed up with Alert Alarm Feb 7, 2019, (Acct *****) thinking this was a Hawaii company and broke our contract with Vivent believing we were supporting local and getting a better deal with a little bit of monthly savings. During the first few months we had numerous system issues with equipment malfunctions and inconsistencies. We continued to contact customer service and followed all their instructions to assure simple things were not the cause. Problems included door panel not working properly regardless of making sure to change the battery or reset passwords. Wall panel not being consistent when alarmed and unable to enter our home on many occasions which caused us to either break in from the back door or window. These were just a few issues we had and believed the company would eventually resolve these issues in good faith.My husband made many attempts to contact Alert Alarm to rectify these issues to no avail. He was given very little care about his concern and was told he had to go into the office in person which is impossible because of his work schedule. He became frustrated and did not feel paying for such an inconsistent service was justified. He contacted the company to cancel the contract because we were not getting the service or security, we believed we signed up for. In addition, we care for my mom full time and her safety was compromised on one occasion when the smoke alarm did not go off when she accidently left a hand towel on the stove and almost caused a fire. WE assured the battery was brand new.The last straw for us was when they finally felt it was time for a technician to come out and address the door panel and wall panel issues we were having and after almost 2-3 hours of trying to correct the problem the technician finally advised the wall panel was malfunctioned and needed to be changed. Unfortunately, he did not have it in stock on or in the warehouse but would order it. This NEVER happened. That was the end for us
