This complaint stems from an incorrectly reseat of a toilet in our condo at *********. The toilet was removed in conjunction with relining of the pipes in the entire complex. We were not present when they did so by employees, later informed by ******, that were not plumbers. The toilet was placed on an improper wax ring. A licensed plumber, Barrack Plumbing, verified this and I have documentation. The toilet leaked . We thought is was water from the shower until it was very apparent that it was black water from the toilet. The water damaged the wallboard, a vanity and permeated the concrete with contaminated water. The bathroom smelled of urine constantly. The toilet issue was discovered as part of another leak from the ceiling. A scan was done by Premier Restoration and it resulted in the discovery of this damage by NuFlow. The tenant above claims NuFlow damaged their wax ring causing it to leak, I cannot substantiate it . The point is that's how the NuFlow damage was discovered.************************************* was notified and responded when the leak was found to have caused the damage by the scan. ***************** is the president of the company and needs to be cc'd in all of this. ****** denies any caulking on the job site and stated that in the presence of a manager from Hawaiian Properties and my wife. Several other units had caulking smeared around the toilet to "seal" it. Theses were not plumbers. ****** denies all responsibility by ****** under the guise of a warranty. THIS IS NOT TRUE! He also attempts to cloud the issue by including things not even involved They caused it and refuse to correct it. The damages have been repaired by *********************. We could not be in the unit for nearly a month because of asbestos abatement and no bath plumbing. The bill is ********* for the damages and work done by the contractors. I have been reasonable to document costs.
