  My experience with Sunspear has been gratifying throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation and throughout the entire project, **** has been cordial, concise and prompt in his response to my concerns and questions. **** was friendly and very informative during the initial site visit and commissioning phase of the project.The support staff, Toy and **** has been very friendly and responsive.The layout of my PV system looks good and the installation personnel did a great job.I recommend Sunspear for a rewarding experience.

  After getting quotes from several solar contractors I met with a representative from Sunspear Energy. The difference in knowledge, price and overall professionalism was obvious immediately. The design, permitting and installation process was smooth and looks great! **********!

  The Sunspear team was such a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, every person we interacted with was knowledgable and professional.******************* (our sales guy) was professional and not pushy. He made sure we understood what we were getting and right-sized our system for our needs and for maximizing tax credits. He also didnt push us to get a bigger system than we needed.Toy ****** from the office kept us in the loop every step of the way and made the whole process seamless. Electricians/Technicians were polite and professional and got the work done really fast. Also stayed late one day to make sure they could finish it up by the second day. **** and ***** were fantastic at explaining things and they caught a couple of things that were missed - painting the plywood board to match our house, the location of one of the panels which wouldve cut into *****************. In both instances, they were super patient and was willing to resolve all issues before continuing.********, who came out to spec out the area and to activate the system gave thorough and clear instructions and made all the timelines and expectations very clear.The time from signing to activation of the system was quicker than I thought it would be as well!Would highly recommend Sunspear for anyone considering solar.

  Sunspear deserves more than 5 stars. The entire experience from end to end has been top notch. Communication was superb. The entire team works like a well oiled machine. From design and planning to installation, I felt confident the individuals were experts in their field, and most importantly, had my best interests in mind. It wasnt about just getting the job done, or, making it easiest and convenient for them, their attention to detail, functionality, aesthetics and optimal performance was impressive. They met every challenge as a team with experts from the front and back of the house. The end product is a beautiful work of art and technological masterpiece. The only thing surpassing all of this was the fair and affordable pricing. I am extremely pleased I looked at all the options and chose Sunpower/Sunspear.While each and every one of the electricians and installers were fantastic to work with, I want to call out **** for being the point person coordinating all the moving pieces and especially **** for his extensive knowledge and expertise in making my installation a success.

  I am very happy that I decided to work with Sunspear. We got the best price and quality service. Everyone is great with communication and very helpful. Everyone who I worked directly with has been personable and made things very easy.

  Sunspear was great to work with on our solar system. They were very thoughtful and informative- I felt confident with the system we ended up with and didnt feel like we were pressured to do more than needed. Highly recommended

  Sunspear Energy is the best ************* of all the companies Ive worked with. They are knowledgeable about different types of roofs, electrical codes with older historic homes, engineering and current tax credits. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, organized and excellent communication and service.

  For 2 months in my spare time, I researched solar panels/batteries and installation companies.After comparing equipment, costs, and customer reviews from many installers, ********************** was the best choice for me.Sunspear showed patience and guided me through the entire process from beginning to end.Also, Sunspear managed my expectation with the backlog of building permits and their response time to my questions are excellent.During the installation and commissioning processes, the workers were very detailed, organized, and professional.In hindsight, Sunspear made the entire process extremely organized and worry-free. They actually took my hand and guided me when I had no experience with the solar panel/battery.The following are the staff members I greatly enjoyed working with :1. Senior Sales Consultant ***** provided an introduction to the company's services and a solar panel/battery tutorial.2. Coordinator Ms. **** managed my expectations and scheduling beautifully.3. Project Administrator Toy coordinated with HECO, HOA, etc... This coordination made the process even more stress-free.4. Installers **********************, ******, and ***** with expert installation with care. From a "bird's eye view", you can see the panels designed beautifully to maximize the sun's direction and space on the roof. 5. Electricians ***** and **** wired and put together the connection with the solar panel/Tesla battery to the electrical source. There were very few electrical conduits used therefore making the setup very professional.6. Quality Control/Commissioner **** ensured all work is graded 'A+' and was extremely helpful with an explanation of the entire solar panel/battery system.

  As a first time home buyer I was shopping for solar panels through different companies but I am very pleased to have SunSpear Energy as my solar provider, the experience from beginning to end was the best and very professional, they explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions I had to help me understand certain things, the process to apply for the loan was easy and the quality of the materials are very good, I felt like I was getting a commercial type system installed on my house, very good quality I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
