In October ow 2023 we purchased 10 punch passes with free group ******s from ****** *********************. Yhale is an experience tennis instructor and I agreed to pay the $2000.00 package to ensure my son received the best instruction as possible. ***** was never available to coach my son. He always was sick, out of the state, or did not show up for the ******s. In addition, he would pass the ****** off to one of the less experienced staff. I paid Yhale to coach my son. I did not agree to any other coaches unless there was a catastrophic emergency and I approved the change. In addition, my son was promised free group classes. These never occurred. ***** said he was working on it but after 4 months of waiting, they still were not set up. I tried to get a refund and after a great deal of emails and demeaning texts, he agreed to send $1750 via check on May 1st 2024. On May 1st I contacted him and he said he would send it when he gets to it. Now he is refusing to give a refund.

I wish that there was a website to inform business owners about consumers like ***************************. Her and consumers like her do whatever they can to try and take advantage of businesses. Please beware of this consumer "***************************". She is completely dishonest and will do anything to destroy your business. BEWARE OF *************************** AS A CUSTOMER!

********************** dd purchase ******s and was given half of those ******s. She purchased a package prior to the package in question and those ****** were completed. She then purchased a second package. This is the package in question. Before she purchases the ******s, I was very clear with her that I travel and as a result her son, ****** (great kid) would have to take ******s with some of my teammates. She agreed. Along the way, she decided that she did not like them more than me, so asked for a full refund. I denied her refund (at that time) after she tried to hire the very same employee on the side for a much cheaper rate. I did, however express that she could continue taking ******s from my Coach (that she ultimately called several times asking for ******s, then would cancel. Upsetting my Coach), while away and when back in town, I would resume with her son, ******.

She refused to take those ******s. In fact, I offered her two Coaches and ****** took ******s from them both. I offered ********************** "free GROUP CLASSES" when we started those classes as a result of me not being around as a bonus to her flexibility. She not only asked for a "full refund" after taking several ******s, she also wanted a refund on "GROUP CLASSES" that had not started. Completely unreasonable to most!

In the end, I offered ********************** a " reasonable " refund, she denied. I originally offered her a "full refund", despite her antics with my Coaches, however decided to send her a partial refund that was sent to her recently. ********************** still, even to this day, continues to call my employee and asks for ******s. The very same person that she did not want to take ******s from when I was away. In the end, ******************** has been told to "please stop calling" my employee. This is ***************************!

This dispute that she raises is not with O'ahu Sports Academy and those ******s and classes were not on O'ahu, however on Kaua'i where she resides. This is the extent of what this woman will go to lie in the pursuit of a smear campaign!

BEWARE OF ***************************, if you are a business owner. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER!

I am rejecting this response because:  He agreed to send a check on 5/1/2024 and I have not received it.  He has lied about all of this services including HIS tennis coaching, group classes, and refunding me $1750.00.  In addition, he has tried to demean me by calling me names and throwing the fact that I am a single mother in my face.  He is threatening to *** me for defamation when I simple just stated the facts on my reviews of his company.  He has also threatened to contact my employer.  This man a psychopath and the company is completely fraudulent.  I want my refund NOW.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************

My response to this woman's complaint was in now was written in order to "accept" my side of this situation. In truth, I am attacked by this woman often as you can see in her responses.

As I have said, I am warning all businesses out there. Please stay away from doing business with this woman. As mentioned, this is not a complaint against O'ahu Sports Academy, yet this is who she is. I am no way intimidated by whatever she says or puts out there. She has contacted my employees and others to express madness. She has been asked several times to stop the communication, however she refuses.

Next up, the Police will be informed of her activity should this continue.
