      I ordered a gift card for $100 and received a $20 voucher due to a promo the theater had at the moment on December 25th @ 0700. Exactly 4 hours later I received a text message promo to spend $100 on a gift card and receive a $30 voucher. So I returned to the theater to ask them about either a refund on my gift card so I can repurchase for the $30 promo or how can I go about receiving the $30 instead of the $20 I received 4 hours ago. I was told I could not return the gift card. When I asked where is the return policy because the card nor the website doesn't state anything about no returns on gift card, it only states movie tickets. The manager stated he don't know where the policy is at but he called another theater and they stated no returns on gift cards. When asked to see the policy he stated it's just our policy period. This is no where on your website, gift cards, nor receipt so why was I denied the opportunity to do so? Me and my family having been attending this theater for years and spent countless of money with this theater but if this is how they treat a loyal customer, then we can take our business elsewhere.
