Jan ****, I seeked help at this urgent care for a lingering cough post COVID. The receptionist seemed concern that I "have COVID". I told her I had passed the required isolation period. She consulted with the provider and pulled me aside, saying "we dont take COVID patients because there are other patients around". What type of urgent care that can't provide care for COVID patients ???? Do they understand CDC requirements for COVID isolation? They have PAXLOVID pamphlets on their counter. Why advertise the treatment and not treating patients??? There was no signage in their facility to say they dont take COVID patients. In their Yelp review, they were a COVID testing site in the past. What changed ?? It appears now that COVID business is no longer ludicrous, they turn people away. They don't get to pick and choose who to see if they claim their business is "urgent care". They should change to "aesthetic clinic" since they have so much ads for treatment of melasma, red spots, brown spots. It would have saved me time. An urgent care is in caring business. They should "care" first before "business". It appears this business is money-driven only. Their practice is unethical. If you have real illness, go somewhere else. They deserve NO STAR in my book.
